Page Collector Admin plugin

Collects the selected pages into one single html page. Thus it is easy to turn a small wiki into a PDF or print all pages at once.

• Show page names as titles or page names/first headings: if used together with IA template, you can choose to display the page titles (identifier and alternative meta tags) instead of the page names.
• Experimental: Don't save changes after every action. Use Save button instead: disables AJAX saving and reordering and adds a 'Save' button instead. It's almost impossible to reoder the pages that way.
